Teen Pain Help Foundation is operating as a California charitable corporation, and is in the process of becoming a 501(c)(3) organization with tax-exempt status. We are not there yet, but will announce our status here when it changes. Upon our being granted 501(c)(3) status all funds donated to Teen Pain Help Foundation will be retroactively classified as tax deductible. In the event 501(c)(3) status is not granted, donations will be refunded upon request.
